1. How do I make an appointment?

2. How much advance notice do you require?
We ask that you schedule services at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate requests with less notice and last minute emergencies. However, there may be a slight additional charge.

3. How does your Pet Sitter get access to my home?
Before you depart from home, we are provided with a copy of your home keys, which are stored safely in our Storage System. We will test all keys at our free pet consultation and make sure we understand your instructions for activating/deactivating your alarm system. Our key rings have no identifying information (just in case they are lost or stolen). During each visit, we will follow a detailed list of duties and instructions to ensure that we keep your pet and home safe and in the same condition that you left it.

If you do not wish to provide your keys during the initial consultation, there will be a charge of $10 for key return or pick up.

4. How am I billed, and when is it due?
All fees are due and payable in advance. Payment by check is preferred. Additional charges incurred may be billed are are due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

Checks returned by the bank are subject to a $25 fee.

5. Is there an extra charge for weekends and holidays?
For weekends, there is no charge. On holidays, there is an additional charge of $10 per visit.

6. Is there a charge for cancellations?
For non-holidays, no refunds will be issued within 48 hours of scheduled service.

Service bookings that include holidays must be cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance or a refund will not be issued.

7. Do you have insurance?
Yes. For your protection, Best in Boca is fully Licensed, bonded and insured by the Business Insurers of the Carolina's.

8. Is the information I provide kept confidential?
Yes! We do not disclose client information of any kind. All client information is protected by Best in Boca Pet Sitting and is used only in such a manner as to fulfill our assignment obligations.
